About Soft Microcrystalline Wax 160S:
1. Physical properties: light yellow, solid block, microcrystalline structure, good permeability, adhesion, toughness, moisture and insulation performance.Practically insoluble in water, partially soluble in ether, ethanol (90%), completely soluble involatile and non-volatile oils.
2. Chemical properties: Microcrystalline wax is prepared from vacuum residuum by solvent deasphalting, solvent refining, solvent dewaxing and deoiling, refining, molding and packaging.It is mainly composed of n-alkanes, isomeric alkanes and cycloalkanes with long side chains.Microcrystalline wax contains 31-50 carbon atoms.The molecular weight of industrial microcrystalline wax is 450-700.
3. Main applications: mainly used in the production of paper products, electrical insulation materials, rubber anti-oxidation,anti-cracking, textile processing, bonding, anti-oxidation, shoe processing polishing, Vaseline processing, hot melt glue production, color master granule, etc
