Application

Used in Sludge Dewatering
 

It is mainly used for sludge dewatering and decreasing the rate of water content of sludge.

When dewatering, it produces large flocs, does not stick to the filter cloth, and does not disperse during the filter press. The mud cake is thick and the dehydration efficiency is high.

Used in the treatment of organic wastewater
 

The effect of cationic polyacrylamide is better than anionic, nonionic, and inorganic salts several times or tens of times higher because this kind of wastewater is generally with a negative charge.

Purification of raw water from rivers and lakes
 

Polyacrylamide can be used for the treatment of tap water with river water as the source of water. Because of its low dosage, good effect, and low cost, especially when used in conjunction with inorganic flocculants.

Application Method
1. It should be diluted to the concentration of 0.1%(based on solid content). It is better to use neutral or desalted water.
2. When making up the solution, the product should be scattered evenly in the stirring water, the temperature is between 50-60ºC. 
3. The most economical dosage is based on the trial.
