PVC Stablizer Polyethylene PE Wax (Flake/Granule/Power/Lump)

PE Wax/Polyethylene Wax also known as high molecular wax referred to as polyethylene wax. Because of its excellent cold resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance and wear resistance and widely used. Normal production, this part of wax as an additive can be directly added to the polyolefin processing, it can increase the luster and processability of the product. As lubricant, its chemical properties are stable and its electrical properties are good.

Polyethylene wax and polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene wax acid ethylene, ethylene rubber, butyl rubber good intermiscibility. Can improve polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS mobility,polycarbonate mold release. For PVC and other external lubricants, polyethylene waxes have a stronger internal lubrication.

1)Chemical Characteristic : Low adhesive, high softening point and good hardness with stable chemical characteristics of good heat stability, good dispersion performance, no poison, no frost and mucous membrane; as an ideal interior & exterior lubricant, it can be used as a substitute for liquid paraffin, natural paraffin .etc.
2) Properties: White particle,flake or powder, with good lubricant effect, chemical durability and good electrical performance, soluble in aromatic hydrocarbon.

2. PVC profile, pipe, composite stabilizer in PVC profile, pipe, pipe fitting, PE.PP forming process to do dispersant, lubricant
   and brightener, enhance the degree of plasticization.
3. It can be used as paint, ink leveling agent, so that the products have good luster and three-dimensional sense.
4. Widely used in the production of floor wax, car wax, polishing wax, candles, crayons and other wax products.
5. Used AS a lubricant for cable insulation materials.
6. Used for all kinds of hot melt adhesive, thermo setting powder coating, road sign paint, marking paint, as dispersant.
